I believe this is going to happen because 34 state legislatures are going to recognize that it is in the interests of their respective states to make it happen. These will, IMO, be almost all red states although there will be enough blue states cross over to get to the required number (38) for ratification.

Amendments that are likely to be proposed?

- Term Limits
- Repeal of 17th Amendment
- Balance Budget, including limits on spending AND taxation
- Limitations on the Commerce Clause
- Others from Levin's book, "The Liberty Amendments".

NY & CA & IL and a couple others may be holdouts, but if it happens, it is okay. We don't need them.
