BOV.H .......Shell Summary for Jan. 23, 2014

Harry Chew's forlorn NEX-listed shell, Bi-Optic Ventures Inc. ( BOV), slipped one-half of a cent to two cents on 125,000 shares. Volume has increased this week (the shell has not traded this much in eight years), as has the stock, which traded at one-half of a cent between April 15, 2013, and Jan. 14, 2014. So far, Mr. Chew, an accountant and long-time Howe Street promoter, has said nothing about a deal for his shell, which he restructured 13 years ago. Bi-Optic had a working capital deficiency of $403,470 as of Aug. 31, 2013, of which $387,080 is due to Mr. Chew and his brother, Sonny.
