Tony, QNTM-Markets On again this morning, yes it looks like the markets will be down again. Asia/Europe way down, futures especially Nasdaq way off. You have to start wondering how low the techs can go. Even with reduced expectations, the Intel's, Compaq's, Cisco's, others still have growth well above their PE ratios. At some point the value folks will take over from the momentum players and the sentiment will change to the sector being undervalued and the safest place to park money. Intel 27%+ off it's high. John
