Bob, I consider my self very lucky. I went to the arbitration very well prepared with honest facts, vey good witness's and thankfully had a very unbiased third party arbitrater. I was one of the first and hopefully made it easier for the hundreds that follwed me to arbitration against Prudential. If you get a chance read "A Serpent on the Rock" by Kurt Eichenwald. Its a real eye opener.
