Scott, I see ESI makes a good portion of their money on DRAM yield correction, but they're also looking more impressive due to increases in capacitor and circuit board drilling. Should these segments take a slowdown, that would be very hard. It seems like you say, the DRAM business must go for yield improvement and they will come in with purchases quickly if they do any push outs. I hope the same will hold true for other segments.

An interesting thought. The AISI deal seems to be for a fixed number of shares if I recall correctly. I wonder what the deal is worth today? Will AISI refuse the deal? Seems like they can't. Looks like they chose a good time to get the contract done.

News from Korea was very bad today. I wonder what percentage of sales is from Korea? And whether others will use this as a chance to push on ahead? Predictons of Japanese capital spending are pretty flat, but still impressive.

Looks like a poor time to be buying calls. I guess I'll hold back a little longer.

Regards,

Mark
