Bryan, the first document is a disclosure that the problems in the UK might cause the recognition of additional losses (derecognition of prior earnings) while the second is a disclosure that Barney and Smith bailed out of their debentures (these were convertible in the 20's) and prbably took a massive bath. Anyone knows what these debemtures are going for? Zeev
