And as a wonderful coincidence of continuity, the professor talks about "Mindfulness therapies", which so happens to fall into the 7th & most important category taught by Buddha in his Noble Eight fold path, also a very old sanskrit term "smrti" in Hinduism. So good of you to post something so soon, totally supporting my recent comments, which Einstein also agreed.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness
( Pali: sati, [1] Sanskrit: sm?ti; also translated as awareness) is a spiritual or psychological faculty ( indriya) that, according to the teaching of the Buddha, is considered to be of great importance in the path to enlightenment. It is one of the seven factors of enlightenment. "Correct" or "right" mindfulness ( Pali: samma-sati, Sanskrit samyak-sm?ti) is the seventh element of the noble eightfold path.
