WARRANT HOLDERS, LET'S GET ORGANIZED:

You know, we are not totally at the mercy of the MM's and the Company. I think I have come up with a win-win strategy. The company wants the warrant converstion to be close to 100%. As warrantholders we want the price of the warrants to rebound significantly. I believe that if those of us who have not yet converted join together and agree not to convert, we can then, as a group, petition the Company to extend the
call for a couple months. First off, there is no reason why the Company should not agree to do this. They can't possibly have places to invest the entire $17.5 million within in that time frame, so what does it matter if they get the money now or by the end of February?
Second, it will go a long, long way toward restoring some of the
confidence and good will lost by making the call so short in the first place. Third, by taking pressure off those who still hold warrants,
it should immediately result in a rebound in the price of the
warrants.

Any suggestions or ideas you have to improve upon this plan, please share. George Eberting
