A draft report, if it exists, would not be avail for public disemination just as a draft report from any "major" brokerage would not be. KIM a draft is just that, a draft.. from which the real report is written...and may contain MANY inaccuracies. Perhaps it started out positivly and as more info was uncovered changed. Publishing the alleged draft would be a disservice.
