"There is not one piece of hard evidence for any religion on earth. Any wise person would at least be in a state of doubt."

=============

Religion(s) is evidence of itself. It has history, doctrine, artifact, ceremony, practice, etc. I think what you may have meant is that religion does not provide evidence of God. But it does. Religion has testimony from witnesses and a recorded history of first hand experiences by followers. It has scripture that is predictive and it challenges followers to test scriptural claims for them selves. It has evidence, what you probably meant to say is that it doesn't have physical proofs that can be tested scientifically. Of course that is arguable as well.

Religious people are fairly well known for admitting to doubt. It is even a part of the belief system to have faith tested on an ongoing basis. I don't see atheists expressing even a hint of doubt, only certainty. Personally, I have found all established religions to be fraught with corruption, especially at the power centers, which only attests to human nature.
