SPU - I owned it in 2010, bailed out at breakevenish in $4-5 area. Two/three years later it's at $1.9. I would say that if it's not a fraud, it's really making sure that the market would not notice it and would not run up shares. :)

My notes:
- Serial diluter - and this has not stopped in 2010, now they have 26M shares vs 19M when I had it.
- Auditors changed in 2009'ish.
- The company market cap is 50M. They theoretically generated almost 2X that in cash flow for the last couple years. Oh wait, they "reinvested" some. But still, they could take this thing private from cash flow alone. :)

Avoid for me. :)

I think I recently received the SPU lawsuit paperwork. I did not have enough losses to send it in though. :)
