That only supports my point. Global warming theory warms the poles faster than the tropics. This leads to weaker jet streams. "Kinks" in the jet stream leading to persistent low frequency patterns doesn't dynamically jive with weakened meridional temperature gradients. There's no reason to have large meridional fluxes of temperature when meridional temperature gradients weaken. Where does one get the kinetic energy to transport 62-degree air to Alaska while advecting sub-freezing temperatures to Florida at the same time? It can't happen in global warming theory.

It can happen when you account for low-frequency patterns, such as El Nino-Southern Oscillation, Pacific Decadal Oscillation, and Arctic Oscillation. However, giving credibility to low-frequency patterns defeats the scam of showing shitty plots of increasing global temperatures since 1880 and concentrations of CO2 since 1880. In other words, if one detrends global temperatures since 1880 due to these low-frequency patterns, you will realize how little trend there really is. Furthermore, one could somehow point to CO2 impacting these low-frequency variations, but then you step into the realm of, well, we are basing this conclusion on 5 El Ninos and 1 Pacific Decadal Oscillation since the satellite era. That's shitty science.

Patterns come and go. They deserve respect, but instead the media just blames everything on CO2. It's dramatic. The polar vortex is the same persistent temperature trough over the Hudson Bay every phkn year. Reality is that there is nothing special or new going on, but that doesn't get clicks nor funding. Oh well. That's kind of my point in the ranting. I like to educate others in that :)
