According to the reports I've seen, the focus of delisting is on those companies who don't file finanacial reports with the SEC. Ozon does file, unlike many other mini and micro caps. Anyone notice the editorial page article in yesterdays WSJ on the benefits of irradiation? Someone with better grasp of the facts might consider writing the WSJ about problems with irradiation and available alternatives. A letter to the editor would be nice. Of course, I've also seen the WSJ publish competing views in article form. Perhaps a job for Melinda, Bill Stoddard or the new guy Mr. Lakis to issue a thoughtful response to the WSJ?
