NG is very fickle. Yes its cold, but there is still too much of it in the US and the export infrastructure is not there yet. See propane for an idea of what will happen when the NG export infrastructure finally catches up to are excess supply. Or maybe it won't play like that because other areas around the globe are starting to jump on the fracking bandwagon.
