Re freezing, should soon warm up as the lunar calendar had done a pretty good tracking of the seasons.

We started the lunar year break and are in revolutionary Thailand. We transitted bangkok and all seemed quite well.

Quite warm here on Koh Samui.

As I was fearful that the people's council may take over before we hit the transit lounge and cause a food shortage, had to suffer alternative to airline food ... Do not know what the world is devolving toward ... Now have to box lunch for air travel? What's next, bring own champagne?

The airline staff asked whether I still wanted to choose amongst chicken, fish, or beef.

No, I did not feel remotely like Anthony Hopkins in that movie about exotic eats.

But yes, did have to settle for plastic fork so as to get in touch w/ the masses :0)

The goodies from American alaska, Iranian Black Sea, and Russian waters went well w/ the French effort, all while overflying some future china air exclusion zone over South China Sea.

May you and all on the thread enjoy a healthy happy and prosperous year of the horse. Suspect the year shall prove quite interesting.

Cheers, tj
