I'm not an expert on this but I beleive there are more requirements than stock price for NASDAQ, such as net assets. NASDAQ will accept a lower stock price if assets are higher than they are required to be at $4.00, or something like that. These requirements have to be summarized somewhere. Fellow Michigander here!
