I know it is a very long way from being anywhere.

But can you imagine the shock to DC politicians from the president on down, if suddenly, 10 states are committed, then 20?

They'll freak. "They can actually do this?"

It'll be fun to watch if nothing else...


Republicans control both the state Senate and state Assembly in 27 states.....these all are likely.
These states have split legislatures but some could flip Republican at the midterms.
Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Oregon, Virginia, Minnesota, Washington
7 out of these 8 would do it. Virginia seems on board already.
Maine, Nevada,and West Virginia have democratic legislatures but are possible.
New Mexico was a complete surprise.......the more power Obama usurps.......the faster this thing mushrooms
