If they don't start reporting (they don't now do they?) they may be moved to pink sheets. The thought is that they will be given some time to comply. If you have noticed, many of the non-reporting BBs are all down in the past couple of days. Rather be safe than sorry. I think that can account for the volume all of a sudden. Who ever talks to them needs to ask whether they are planning on becoming a reporting company.
