Musya: Thank you for your thoughts. I have no quarrel with your opinions about my need to take responsibility for my investment decisions. I believe I always have done so in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. But that being said, I don't believe in just lying down and giving up. For twenty years I owned a commercial real estate development/brokerage company. Every day,it seemed, some new obstacle would arise which threatened one of my projects. Perhaps it was a stubborn bureacrat. Or we found a buried oil tank on a site. Or a bank changed its mind about providing financing. Each time I would try to rise to the occasion and find a solution to the problem. That is what I am trying to do here. I'm not making any threats. All I am doing is asking for cooperative support from those involved. I'm sure that you are probably right that there may be some problems with what I am proposing, but if we work together, we may be able to find solutions to every one of them. George
