Chris, My news, your news, same news, however, regarding new issues I would feel better actually doing a site visit. And also learn more on the Healthcare initiative, it could make perfet sense, but. My background is in MIS and healthcare so would be a fair review. Looks like the stock traded lower after the split, but not much. These are the kind of stock to buy when volume drys up. John
