IMHO it would be too low...PLS will have at least 150 million pounds* in the ground times $12/pound equals $1.8B so it is worth $4.50 a share....Many analysts are keeping their evaluation of the pounds in the ground very low not to scare buyers which as usual will come in with low ball offers...but RIO paid good money for HAT's shares ...So we can be optimists !!!! Should be $2.75 to $3.25 and every one involved would make out like bandits... * The offer will come before FCU proves that however... I expect a deal at the end of the winter program for the buyers will not want to make their offer on the whole but on where we are at....
