I was right below the trucks when what I saw was the fuel truck in reverse. But he wasn't, he was sliding backwards towards the delivery truck. Luckily the men in the core-mark jumped out of the cab and were spared.
I was there when the fuel truck pulled in to deliver fuel. This is fairly flat, just a slight slope He ether broke away from a dead stop or was backing out at a fraction of a mile/hr. Some pictures at this link.
