Peter: Glad to see you're posting and welcome aboard. Let me offer you, and others, some info regarding possible delisting. I am quoting from Cyclopss' 1997 Annual Report (hot off the presses). I quote specifically from the Letter to Shareholders from Bill Stoddard:
"Finally, it should set many minds at ease that your Company is no longer on the 'endangered' list. As of the date of this letter (Nov. 11, 1997), we are in full compliance with NASDAQ 'Small Cap' requirements. Further, with the financing mechanisms now in place, the Company is poised to meet the new net tangible asset requirements which NASDAQ will put in place on February 28, 1998."
Obviously the stock price meets these new requirements (minimum of $1) and, the Company feels that the warrants attached to the recent private placement of stock (Reg.D offering) will be exercised, otherwise they would not have registered them with the SEC (S-3 filing).
Also, Peter, I couldn't agree more with the "OFF TOPIC" suggestion you made. I too want to quickly weed out OFF TOPIC posts. Good suggestion. And, finally, are you the same Peter who wrote the letter to the editor of the NY Times? If so, that was GREAT! Thanks. Dr. Amy |
