I don't share your rant. It is up to us to elect politicians who will do the right thing for the right reason. We elect the morons so it really is our fault. I don't feel sorry for anyone in this country - even the poorest. Okay, the kids I do since it is not their fault - but not the adults that are too stupid or lazy to go forth and see what is available to them. Even the poorest though seem to have cell phones and TV's. They have enough to eat if they want it - food stamps or food banks or outreach for those in need to provide actually cooked meals. ...........How do you compare that to the poverty in Africa that is being addressed by Bates and Buffet? You don't, you can't.
