I know, I know. And large insurance companies, a la United Healthcare, Group Health, etc., are abusing that. Fancy offices and salaries for the executives, and so forth. My husband was a physician, so I know about that.
I don't like those and I can't stand government involvement.

The best scenario is across state lines and pure competition.
