Can't fault a big company for wanting to get even bigger and then assert monopoly power over the market... raking in monopoly rents and putting all the upper executives on 'easy street'.

It's just natural. 'Greed is good' after all.

(But I agree with your mention of allowing cross-state-lines insurance sales. Always have. GZ has been a big supporter of the concept for years now too.)
