The equity Cboe p/c ratio closed at .61 this evening. This is Very scary.
.61 shows very little fear. That is what you would expect if the market was
about break even. But on a down DJIA 320 day, you would expect to
see a p/c of .85 or above. Preferably 1.00. But .61 ? What?

More downside ahead. The typical oblivious "investor" has not even noticed
the downtrend yet. Panic has not started to set in.

Them's the facts, folks. It is highly unusual to see a good sized correction
during this favorable season, but the market knows how to surprise.

Notice the bonds soaring? Says weakness in the economy is going to
be revealing itself in the near term.

R2K bottom of 1000.00 would not surprise me. In fact, that looks PERFECT.
