Scott, my belief is that many current holders of warrants would find it possible to raise the funds necessary to convert if given a longer period of time in which to do so. The 39 day conversion period caught a lot of folks unprepared, so they will have to sell instead of convert. That is what has put so much pressure on the price. And, as Rod pointed out, if the warrants stay out of the money, wouldn't people be better off buying BNGO rather than coverting
the warrants? George
