That's still less than the S&P rise last year which was 29.6% I believe.

That was the BEST 2013 return for RI?? And they are looking elsewhere? Says something about their judgment, does it not? And how even professional Portfolio Managers and vaunted funds under perform.

p.s. There is so much wealth in the "white spaces" we investors across the USA don't or can't comprehend. Someone captures it. Another topic for another day.
