Talked to investor relations, good news & bad news. There is nothing new & scary to report concerning this decline in price (ie. as in VVUS). The joke is that she can only attribute it to yesterday's Ascencio news release which brought up the same stupid points that have already been refuted by the company a couple weeks ago. I guess many of these investors are like little kids....EVERY time you say Boo! they run. So I guess once the stock recovers and he brings up the same pharagraph of crap again I should sell immediately!!! Funny to see VVUS is on his list now too. Whitebook first draft is completed & will be reviewed by the board today or tomorrow. Should be out by the holidays as well as patent approval. That one depends on how much of the Gov. is on vacation. NDA also expected to be filed in Q1 at this point...... Happy holidays Dino
