I don't kown and this is not the topic now. Homeworks must be done on othertime. Topic is how many and who bad downgrades we are going to see or waiting to see. If you sell sndk at 19.5$ in first hand whatkind of future on markets you trust. Bid regression like 20'? No. It's a primitive reaction even not to wait for 2 hours to see whatkind of market we are going to have today. Buyers come back sooner or later. Professionals, marketmakers etc are boys who are willing to make money, not lose it.
