For all the techies, is it possible to built all the hardware needed for a watch size gadget with 3G/4G and Wifi capability?
They probably could but there are going to be trade offs. Apple wants a sleek design. My guess is that it will have Bluetooth but not sure about the others.

I think one of the biggest issues with the iWatch is more mundane. That is, the battery and or charging. If they are to have the functionality that many of us envision, it is going to require some serious power. Just look at the batter size in the iPhone - it takes up almost half the space.

There is some interesting speculation out there of what Apple might be doing about the battery/charging but we won't know what it is until it is here.
