Variation of Cease Trade Order Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. (formerly Monza Ventures Inc.) Sections 164 and 171 of the *Securities Act,* R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 ¶ 1 On February 14, 2012, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Monza Ventures Inc. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order. ¶ 2 On February 24, 2012, Monza Ventures Inc. changed its name from Monza Ventures Inc. to Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. ¶ 3 Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order. ¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Monza Ventures Inc. to Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. ¶ 5 February 27, 2012
