>>Lernout & Hauspie [(NASDAQ:LHSPF) Bastiens] plan to counter sue.

They just opened the door for counter, cross-claims and class action(s). They are about to be shown how 'meritless' Alpha Software's and [subsequent classes'] alleged claims, including but not limited to, unspecified damages of alleged breach of contract, specific performance, interference with contractual/business relationship(s), misrepresentation, Antitrust violations, RICO and FTC violations, etc. as further proximate cause [and unspecified damages] for rendering Alpha's entire Kurzweil product line obsolete. LHSPF played the bluff and is about to be taught a potentially corporate fatal lesson. Gastion Bastiens' meritless 'meritless' counterclaim will be the biggest mistake he ever made as Microsoft will now be enjoined by shareholder 'antitrust' class action in front of the world and the DOJ and with the blessings/backing? of R. Nader, G. Reback, Netscape, Sun, Oracle, Kapor, Lotus/IBM et al. Accordingly, it will snowball, especially with precise, ubiquitous and real-time updated Internet visibility. Bastiens will see what his meritless grandstanding is about to cost him, LHSPF and LHSPF shareholders. When this plays out then LHSPF will have to deal with Microsoft, leaving Gastion Bastiens' only public statement to be 'et tu Ballmer'.

See you in court.
