The USA uses 38% of the world's dram !
South Korea produces 7% of the world's dram.
Yes ! South Korea will decrease expansion plans, but the slow
down will reduce use of dram.
It is the old equation
SUPPY=DEMAND where the equal sign is price.
No one can figure out this equation 2 years in advance, the time it
takes to build a FAB.
