Spoke with Mike @ QSTI ask asked him about the article. He told me that QSTI presently reports to the S&P and to the B.C. because it is a B.C. company. They have spoken to the SEC and inquired whether this will meet the reporting requirements. If it does not, they will be reporting to the SEC in the future and will stay on the OTC BB. Bottom line, QSTI tells me that this should have no effect on them.
