Any guesses as to why RockStar has not made good on their commitment to buy stock for no shop/exclusivity? With permit approval imminent at Butte Highlands, it appeared timely to have been able to acquire stock by making those tranche payments? I assume that once the permits are acquired, the share price will get a bump up. RockStar seems to be moving ahead with their agreement with Calico Resources. calicoresources.com
