Scott: I think you may have expressed it backwards. It was the company's poor planning that precipitated our current situation. And our situation is the company's problem. As more and more warrant holders come to realize that BNGO may indeed drop below $5 after Dec. 22, fewer and fewer are going to be willing to convert. I believe there is a very real possibility that the warrants will become worthless BEFORE then for this very reason. Once they become worthless to us, they are worthless to the company. Perhaps we will not be able to move management on this, but perhaps there is another solution to the problem. What I am trying to do today is
generate more discussion and thinking about what solution(s) there may be. It is to the COMPANY'S benefit as well as to the benefit of
warrant holders to resolve this in a better way - if any such alternative is possible. Good managment finds solutions to hard problems. Let's see what they are made of. George
