Dr. Oliver, I haven't received anything from AGPH: no e mail holiday "best wishes," no AGPH cup/t-shirt/pen. Now I know how I fit in. Perhaps you prescribe more Viracept that I do and I just have not had enough "bonus points" (just kidding!). It's been my experience that it's not healthy to list your e mail address since one might receive notes that are not very friendly (actually rather hostile) depending on what one posts on the threads. There are many lurkers, some from AOL, who don't contribute here but like to bash SI posters for the content of their notes. I don't use SI for gossip or griping but more for an exchange of information [ scientific, medical (clinical), general AGPH, some "off topic]. I personally don't think that it is healthy to be completely serious at all times. Investing, to me, is just another form of professional gambling, which has its known inherent risks. I don't expect to buy a stock today and instantly make money tomorrow, next week, next month, or maybe never. I do think that AGPH is a great long term investment and I will reap the financial rewards at a later date. I don't consider all my posts as being "nonsense," altho' I do admit that some are purely junk. |
