George,

I have spent the last week and a half trying to come up with a scenario or a reason why this stock would drop below $5 again. The only thing I can come up with is boneheaded moves by management. I don't see that happening and I don't think the warrant call was one of them. They hit the 20 days and their deal flow is incredible. They can grow this company faster with the money in now as opposed to later. There are too many opportunities for them not to. This was a wise move by management and no matter when it occurred the warrants would have suffered the same fate they are suffering now. Look at past warrant calls and see if you see the same activity. MVSI is an excellent example and they are in the midst of their call.

What I am most interested in right now is not a discussion of a warrant extension, as I am on record as stating that would be a bad idea, but instead any logical reason why this stock will remain at these levels or drop lower than $5 either before or after the call. There are 7 trading days left. I don't see it. I think we will be back to at least 7.5 by year's end. Will anyone out there give me a reason otherwise??????

GO PACK GO!

-Scott
