True, but don't rule out they wouldn't be well served going very large cap company and a premium would be required. They also wouldn't want to burn all their cash. Even if they made a $10B acquisition, it's not ideal to draw down so low (relative to their size). That said, I'm not suggesting it's really a problem... unless something took a drastic turn, they have billions more coming in each year and clearly could finance as well. Just a bit surprised he took to it so aggressively, playing into Icahn's request. As long as they grow earnings, it will pan out well... if they contract, well, it will exacerbate downside.
