I don't think it does because many companies announce buy backs and don't follow through.But yeah in any case, I didn't do that which is why others might be getting 50 cents. But 50 cents seems absurdly wrong.

And if anyone wants to talk about less cash and MAYBE more debt, how about the savings on say not paying 13 dollar a year dividends on 28 million shares or more if they keep buying? That's another 350 million or more saved a year.
