Also, of course... TLR's carried interest in Montana... makes them dependent on the fidelity and performance of their partner. The company and its shareholders should be equally as aware of the potential for any tortuous interference that might occur that is intended to operate against TLR's interest through their partners, or otherwise by coordination, as well as against TLR directly... including any that is intended to co-opt or subvert ongoing cooperation in any of TLR's relationships. Any problems that are made apparent there, of course, would be something that you'd probably want to see being dealt with relatively quickly...
