Wouldn't it be better to just take it out and use it for target practice? Or sink it and make an artificial reef out of it?

Surely there must be substantial parts of it that are NOT loaded with asbestos.

On the other hand, there sure is a lot of money being spent by lawyers hoping to get their hands on some of that mesothelioma money. They advertise it all the time.
scrap market to someone who was willing to comply with all the Gov's rules and regulations about scrapping it.
The EPA is coming out with rules and regulations for wood stoves that will make them too expensive for anybody to buy. Grrr!
