They use these words on purpose. Somebody pointed this out after Benghazi where the clown boy claimed it wasn't terrorism. I then looked up the word to see if I was missing something. I was and the WH boy clown is playing on most people not knowing. Terrorism means systematic and organized like a campaign. A terrorist attack just stands on it's own as a single non systematic event. The clown boy never calls anything a terrorist attack, when it is, because that would make the Leftist Democrats look week on National Security issues, which they always are. Instead they immediately claim, as this article says, that this was NOT an act of terrorism. I hate to beat this point to death but I have written about this on S.I. before and 90% of those that read my posts didn't understand what I was saying.
