Originally, I'd treated the courses like regular college courses. So if it took 10 hours to come up with 2 lines of scala code to solve the assignment, I'd do it. And I've still got a block against continuing to listen to the lectures if the assignments are taking too much time. Eventually, I'll expand out of science and computer courses. For past formal education the most memorable classes I've had were literature classes.

I'm more in tune with the zen saying: The moon does not intend to reflect it's image or the water to receive it. An executive function at many levels sounds problematic, like human society. What if the teaparty chocolate lover threatens to shut the whole thing down if it doesn't get it's way. That said, supposedly people who's corpus collosum has been damaged may have 2 separate selves.
