Rocky Mountain International Ltd. Announces Rocky Mountain Crystal Water Inc. Has a Signed Agreement for Funding FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 1997--Rocky Mountain International Ltd. (Formerly Olympus Ventures Inc.) (OTC BB:RMIL - news) announced Thursday that Rocky Mountain Crystal Water Inc. has signed a final agreement for the funding of $10 million. The funding is scheduled to take place before the end of November, with $5 million in equity and a $5 million loan for five years. Rocky Mountain International Ltd. and Rocky Mountain Crystal Water Inc. has extended the equity funding clause in the Merger agreement to accommodate the date of the funding agreement. There is in fact no mass sell off. The questions regarding the funding are dragging this thing down, not mm's, mork,...in my opinion. The final agreement was signed on or prior to November 20th, 1997. The complications this week have been language and spelling errors. This should be clarified so that members have piece of mind. How does one have problems with documents, when the final one was already signed?
