Dallas, TX - (02/10/2014) ? Republic of Texas Brands, Inc. (OTC.PK: RTXB - News) has announced that it is in negotiations for the exclusive distribution for the State of Texas for a Hemp base energy drink. Hemp products are exploding and we would like to be part of that industry. RTXB as part of its plan for reorganization is to procure a line of legal Hemp based products. RTXB is in active negotiations with several medical marijuana companies seeing to go public. Based on the negotiations RTXB expects to receive several LOI's in the coming weeks and will choose the best candidate(s) based on a qualifying criteria that we have established.
