Linda, while I haven't seen the contract, my guess would be that this contract amount is not a guaranteed payment. It simply means that the VA has authorized the purchase of MUSE up to the amount of the contract. How much of this Vivus actually sees will depend on how much demand from VA patients there are. Government agencies enter into these types of deals all the time, it is basically a way for their governing body to have final say over large purchases. So this should not be looked at as a sale, simply an authorization to purchase as need requires. It is still good news...one more customer on line for when production finally picks up (or should I say if). Gary
