FWIW, after you posted the above, AAPL did not go down. The "Gap" did not fill. Paul pretty much nailed the bottom on this one.

The difference between the value thread is that valuation considerations come first and charts or technical are only a secondary consideration. FWIW, i do use chart or technical considerations (on which i consider myself a layman) on my entry points, but it's secondary. I also like 52w low list, not because it is value indicator by itself, but as a screen of deeply unpopular equities, where value may be hiding. I suspect this is what most in this thread are doing.

You have posted many valuable contributions to this thread in the past and you know exactly what kind of input this thread is looking for. I suspect the reconciliation day in SI was created for the reason to start afresh,not to dig old grudge, in particular not thread moderators, who can boot you again on a moments notice :-(. I for one hope that this does not happen.
